During our organic farming homestay about 2 weeks ago there was great and interesting food. The food of Essan, Thailand is delicious and one-of-a-kind and during the homestays you have home-cooked food that you really can't buy at a restaurant.
Our homestay father was a farmer who caught frogs out of streams and even his own rice patty, to be used for frog soup. All parts of the frogs are used except for one or two organs.
